When shopping at Sugar and Spice Children's Boutique, we understand how important it is for you to receive your items the way you expect them to look! You can be certain we will make every effort to ship you order in a timely fashion and with minimal interruptions.

We offer FREE shipping to Canada with a minimum purchase of $100.00 before tax and to the Continental U.S. with a minimum purchase of $150.00 (CDN) before tax.

Local pickup is available FREE of charge within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

RETURNS:

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. It is very important to us that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, you can send it back to us for an exchange or full refund.

  • Sugar and Spice will only accept returns shipped within 10 days of purchase date
  • Please notify us of any returns ASAP at sugarandspicetoronto@gmail.com
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached and returned in the same manner as they were received.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
  • All accessories, undergarments, swimwear and SALE items are final sale and can not be returned
  • Please indicate the reason for return
  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS
  • If we get charged any duties on returns, we will deduct from your return.

Sugar and Spice will refund customers in the same method as original payment. Please allow up to 3 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise for refund. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return/exchange has been processed. In the event that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be fully refunded.

We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines.
